WOO HOO! This is my 30th episode of the podcast, folks! Really, it’s probably not that monumental of a thing, but it seems it to me. This one starts a bit slower with a alt/country tune from Exit 380. Abacu5 makes their first appearance on the show, and I think this might even be the first time they’ve ever been played on the radio, since they just finished up their demo EP. A couple of female fronted rock groups, The Virgin Wolves and Silver Loves Mercury, bring us to the break, where, as usual, I cover the events happening for the week. The second half of the show is mainly bands I’ve heard of either through Musicsubmit.com or Noisetrade.com, such as Versailles, Admit One, Steven Graves and This Winter Room. Oh, and I throw in a song from the defunct Dallas group, Boy Caught Dream.
